Job Title: Sales Associate III

Join the Tapestry team as a Sales Associate III and become an integral part of our store's success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Coach standards.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash wrap duties.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
