- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's high standards.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Support store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash wrap duties.
- 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
- Drive for Results: Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
