Senior Survey CAD Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Survey CAD Technician to join our team at Bohler. As a key member of our land development consulting and site design services, you will be responsible for preparing ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Boundary & Topographic Surveys, and As-built Surveys with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate field work for accuracy and create surveys from field crew data collector files, field sketches, digital photographs, and reference maps.
- Generate surfaces using 3D polylines & points.
- Coordinate project requirements with team members and provide technical oversight of junior staff when necessary to complete required tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- SIT or Level 3+ CST Certification preferred.
- 3+ years of CAD experience; Civil 3D required.
- Deed compilation experience required.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines within given budget limits and time frames.
- Desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced work environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task assigned projects, and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability and focus on Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
