As a key member of our clinical care team, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment, working closely with our clients and their families to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Valid Delaware LPN/RN License or Multistate License.
- Physical within one year.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online).
- Valid driver's license.
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
- $500 bonus for qualified LPN's and RN's.
