Position Summary
We are in search of a meticulous and forward-thinking Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to enhance our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and verify financial records and reports to guarantee accuracy and adherence to established accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and file tax returns in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements.
- Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and precise employee compensation.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize accounting practices and enhance financial reporting.

Qualifications
- Mandatory Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
