As a Lead Chemist in our Research and Development department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and resolving challenges related to current technologies and client requirements.
- Creating advanced inkjet technologies tailored to specific customer demands.
- Assessing raw materials and enhancing formulations to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Offering technical assistance to production teams.
- Documenting project findings and other relevant materials for sales and client communication.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Required Qualifications
To fulfill the expectations of this role, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in inkjet ink formulation, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of inkjet printing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills in Mathematics and Science.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Effective written, reading comprehension, and verbal communication skills.
