About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at MSI Express. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading HR activities, collaborating with leadership teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters impacting employees
  • Manage internal investigations and conduct training sessions as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or 7+ years of HR experience
  • Proven experience leading deployment of organizational change and partnering with senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build strong relationships at all levels

Estimated Salary: $95,000 per year
