Position Overview
The Child Welfare Case Manager plays a crucial role in providing support, managing client cases, and serving as a vital resource for children and families in need of assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate case management for children, actively participating in their individual care plans.
- Collaborate with treatment teams, contributing valuable insights as you collectively develop strategies.
- Advocate for individuals facing challenges, connecting them with organizations that can enhance their circumstances.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited institution.
- CPR and First Aid certification required, or willingness to obtain prior to client interaction.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic, community-based setting.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on program requirements and across multiple locations.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, mentoring, and teamwork abilities.
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
