  1. Maintain Financial Records: Prepare and uphold financial statements and reports in line with the accrual accounting method.
  2. Analyze Financial Data: Review financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
  3. Month-End Close: Engage in month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and preparing necessary adjustments.
  4. Journal Entries: Document journal entries for accruals, including revenue recognition and expense adjustments.
  5. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure precise financial reporting and address discrepancies promptly.
  6. Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  8. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to protect assets and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP, with experience in financial reporting and analysis.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
