Job Overview

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the clinic, ensuring the highest level of quality care for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a clinically and operationally innovative team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Partner with the Branch Manager to oversee administrative aspects, ensuring seamless integration of clinical and business operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff development, and clinic efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Emancipet leadership to evolve the new clinic model, ensuring quality care and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide support and training to staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • Licensure in Texas or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Ability to obtain a DEA registration.
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a clinical team.
  • Dental and soft tissue surgery experience preferred.
Qualifications
  • Leadership experience in a veterinary setting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.
