Key Responsibilities
  • Bakery Operations:
    • Prepare and monitor bakery products to ensure freshness and quality.
    • Follow all operational standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation.
    • Monitor inventory of bakery products and prepare products as needed.
  • Guest Service:
    • Deliver exceptional guest service by maintaining an appealing showcase with a variety of high-quality products.
    • Enhance the guest experience through friendly and attentive behavior.
    • Promptly address guest concerns or complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Restaurant Operations:
    • Assist in serving guests in the Restaurant Front when necessary.
    • Regularly monitor and record temperatures of required products, fridges, and freezers.
  • Health & Safety:
    • Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
    • Follow safe work practices and procedures.
    • Report any injuries, accidents, unsafe conditions, or contraventions of health and safety regulations promptly.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands:
    • Perform frequent reaching above waist, chest, and shoulder level, as well as below waist level.
    • Exhibit frequent manual dexterity of both hands for handling, gripping, and fine finger control.
    • Have the ability to stand for long periods.
  • Education and Experience:
    • No specific education or experience required, but a passion for hospitality and customer service is essential.
