Job Description:

The Leasing Consultant will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
  • Design and execute offsite marketing activities to create and drive traffic to the property.
  • Analyze market and economic trends to recommend improvements.
  • Enforce lease agreements and take appropriate action.
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure the property and show units meet the Company's standards for show quality.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.

Work Environment: This role requires working in an office environment and frequent exposure to outside elements.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency in property management software.
