Job Title: Leasing Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Palms Associates, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with prospective residents to help them select their ideal home within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours of our apartments and provide solutions for prospective residents
  • Work with our residents and property team to support a service-focused atmosphere onsite
  • Respond to email inquiries and applications for residency
  • Collect deposits and complete leasing paperwork
  • Inspect apartments to ensure readiness for move-in
  • Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements:

  • Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Professional business attire required
  • Availability to work rotating weekends
