Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Forward March Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our equipment is up and running safely and smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on construction equipment and delivery vehicles.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, ignition, and pneumatic systems.
  • Diagnose diesel and gas engines, and perform maintenance on drive trains.
  • Occasionally deliver equipment or parts to other technicians.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualities and experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a technician, preferably with a construction equipment background.
  • The necessary tools to perform the job effectively.
  • A high level of quality control and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide uniforms, work boot allowance, free rental of equipment, and prescription safety glasses.
