Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee all maintenance functions at our Distribution Center in Dublin, CA. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills to manage a team of maintenance personnel.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that involves supervising all aspects of facility maintenance, including preventive maintenance programs, repairs to buildings and equipment, and control of maintenance labor budgets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a large distribution center or manufacturing environment and be technically proficient in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all maintenance functions for the distribution center and hotels
  • Train and develop maintenance personnel
  • Cover maintenance personnel over a 3-shift operation
  • Oversee the maintenance of all operating equipment
  • Ensure timely responses to critical maintenance issues throughout the distribution center property
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a large distribution center or manufacturing environment
  • Technical proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Proficient PC skills, including Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software and Microsoft Office suite
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
