We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Professional to join our team and provide top-notch technical support to our users.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a degree or certificate with at least 3 years of experience in providing technical support for email, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and custom-built software.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone and in-person support for technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software PC problems, including printer issues.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certificate with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Security Clearance.
