Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their water safety skills and enhance their swimming abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
  • Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
  • Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment
Requirements
  • Passion for swimming and working with children
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
