Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail operations and/or sales, or previous experience within a rental business.
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and pull gear weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of musical instruments sold within Music and Arts.
  • Previous experience with live sound and backline equipment.
