Position Summary
We are in search of a dedicated LTC LPN to provide exceptional care for our elderly patients. In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, adhering to care plans established by the medical team, and collaborating with fellow nursing staff to ensure a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in geriatric care, hold a valid Michigan nursing license, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor the health status of assigned patients, documenting any concerns or changes in condition.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring compliance with care protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians during rounds, providing insights based on patient interactions and maintaining accurate care records.
  • Support fellow nursing staff and aides to facilitate efficient shift operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for our aging patients.
Required Qualifications
  • Active and valid nursing license in Michigan
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care settings
  • Completed COVID-19 vaccination
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
