Join our team as a Lead Creative Brand Marketing Strategist at HNI Workplace Furnishings. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in steering the creative process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful, and innovative outcomes.

What You Will Do:
  • Shape vision and brand strategy through the development of a coherent creative vision that aligns with the company's objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the brand marketing team, enhancing creative brand visibility and storytelling in accordance with the established editorial calendars for each brand.
  • Oversee marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, applying best practices for brand collaboration and focusing on compelling market trends that drive customer engagement and define campaign metrics.
  • Develop and manage multiple comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall company mission and departmental budget.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and present creative concepts and updates to stakeholders.
  • Encourage innovation and process improvement within the team, supporting new trends and ideas to produce fresh and engaging content that enhances brand performance.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required; 10 years of experience is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.
