We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our Bariatric and Robotic Surgery program. This role is integral to our surgical team, providing exceptional care to patients undergoing these specialized procedures.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Nevada licensure required
- Previous experience in General Surgery or Bariatric Surgery is advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Schedule: 4 days on, 10 hours each day; on-call duties primarily via phone
- Provide care for patients in the Robotic and Bariatric service lines, ensuring compliance with established protocols such as ERAS and Quality standards.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to oversee preoperative orders and validate care pathways.
- Monitor postoperative patients to ensure adherence to recovery protocols.
- Participate in the accreditation process for the surgical program.
