Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. This is a full-time hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the formulation of financial budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze financial data, elucidate variances, and investigate discrepancies.
- Identify risks and opportunities concerning financial targets and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain effective business partnerships to gain insights into business trends and strategic initiatives impacting financial forecasts.
- Develop and sustain monthly reporting packages.
- Analyze and monitor operational and financial metrics.
- Identify, develop, and implement process enhancements.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to comprehend business trends.
- Provide support for projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred, or equivalent military or practical experience.
- 2 to 5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analytics tools and programming languages is strongly preferred (e.g., PowerBI, Python, SQL).
- Ability to pass a background check post-offer acceptance.

- Proven technical skills; adept at understanding and constructing complex data models and financial scenarios.
- Solid grasp of P&L and Balance Sheet relationships and management.
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating effectively with others.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities; make decisions under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work.
