About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our Ingka External team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of product availability and replenishment processes in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect inbound goods to ensure inventory accuracy and quality control.
  • Move products to final selling locations, including storage and floor displays, to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked store environment.
  • Perform sales space replenishment tasks with flexibility and attention to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Select and retrieve products for customers within agreed time frames to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Certify and operate powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
  • Handle goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, and loading, to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain.
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems, to track and manage inventory levels.
  • Contribute to a work environment that embodies the IKEA culture, valuing diversity and inclusivity among coworkers and customers.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environments.
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment, such as a forklift or electric pallet jack, is preferred.
