About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to join our expanding team at a nationally respected General Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of quality and client care that our client is known for.
This position requires someone who is knowledgeable about commercial construction processes and client-facing, ensuring that every project is completed with the utmost expertise and attention to detail. Despite the increasing size and complexity of our projects, our commitment to excellence remains unchanged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to success by maintaining high standards of quality and client care
- Ensure projects are completed with expertise and attention to detail
- Travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
- Uphold safety procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- ~2+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent (experience with a General Contractor is preferred)
- ~ B.S. in a Construction-related degree is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Must be willing and able to travel and work out of town for multiple weeks at a time
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations, with a proven track record of upholding them
