Dellbrook|JKS is a full-service construction management firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in planning and scheduling our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project schedules, ensuring they are efficient and competitive.
  • Assist in creating project narratives based on production and budget information from project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.
  • Update Microsoft Project schedules with monthly activity progress through coordination with project teams.
  • Coordinate with external project schedule consultants on deadlines, revisions, and updates to current projects.
  • Participate in schedule review meetings with project teams, estimating staff, and clients, and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Contribute to RFP and proposal schedule development for preconstruction and bid opportunities.
  • Travel to project sites to assist project teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction management with a focus on project scheduling.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of construction plans and specifications.
