Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and update project schedules, ensuring they are efficient and competitive.
- Assist in creating project narratives based on production and budget information from project managers, superintendents, and estimating teams.
- Update Microsoft Project schedules with monthly activity progress through coordination with project teams.
- Coordinate with external project schedule consultants on deadlines, revisions, and updates to current projects.
- Participate in schedule review meetings with project teams, estimating staff, and clients, and maintain meeting minutes.
- Contribute to RFP and proposal schedule development for preconstruction and bid opportunities.
- Travel to project sites to assist project teams.
Requirements
- Experience in construction management with a focus on project scheduling.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of construction plans and specifications.
