Qualifications:

- Certification as a Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms, particularly in an interdisciplinary care environment.
- Capability to work in a senior care setting without posing health or safety risks to oneself or others.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
