Job Title: Intervention Services Provider
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Intervention Services Provider to join our team at Western Placer Unified School District. As an Intervention Services Provider, you will play a critical role in supporting students who require additional academic and behavioral support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in small group or one-on-one settings
- Assess student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in the intervention process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
