Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Ocean House. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, including the fitness center, pool, and wellness programming. This is a critical role in our spa leadership team, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Spa Team
    • Lead a team of spa associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive business results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee all aspects of spa operations, including the fitness center, pool, and wellness programming.
    • Ensure that all spa facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage spa budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Guest Services
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are exceptional and exceed expectations.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and develop staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that all spa operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • College degree in hospitality management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of spa operations and management principles.
