Position Overview:
LPN Team Leader, Outpatient Clinical Services

General Information:
This role is essential in overseeing clinical and administrative operations within the outpatient setting. The LPN Team Leader will engage in various responsibilities that ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and effective management of clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Clinical Oversight:**
- Supervise and support clinical staff in delivering safe and effective patient care.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring and patient assessments to maintain high standards of care.

2. **Staff Management:**
- Coordinate daily clinical operations and workflow, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for clinical personnel.

3. **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare standards and regulations, including OSHA and CLIA.
- Maintain documentation for quality control inspections and safety protocols.

4. **Patient Care Coordination:**
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patient care effectively, focusing on quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in identifying patients requiring case management and ensure appropriate follow-up.

5. **Communication and Collaboration:**
- Facilitate regular communication with staff to promote information sharing and teamwork.
- Participate in clinical meetings and training sessions to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate Degree from an accredited LPN program.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse certification and Basic Life Support certification required.
