About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logic Design Engineer - Physical Design to join our CPU Logic Design Team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing CPU on-chip interconnect networks and last-level caches, working closely with the physical design team on implementation, synthesis, and timing closure. You will also be involved in micro-architectural definition and RTL coding/debug.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the physical design team to achieve timing, area, performance, and power goals of the unit.
  • Help define the architecture for next-generation Nvidia coherent interconnects and system-level caches.
  • Work with the verification team to verify the correctness of the design.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in processor or other related high-performance semiconductor designs.
  • Physical design expertise, including hands-on synthesis experience and in-depth knowledge of industry-standard physical design tools.
  • A background in high-speed interconnect/cache physical design is preferred.
  • Verilog expertise and a deep understanding of ASIC design flow, including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, prototyping, DFT, timing analysis, floor-planning, ECO, bring-up, and lab debug.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic, global team.
