We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will work in post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including tracking wellbeing, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history, and review resident charts and medical records
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility, including maintaining medical supplies and participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
- Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (LPN or similar role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
