Job Summary

Geisinger Health System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pediatric ICU team. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and performing diagnostic studies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to evidence-based practice
  • Precept and mentor new staff and students

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of a Specialty Training Program-Nursing
  • Hold a current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Have current and/or prior PICU or inpatient pediatrics experience
