Role Responsibilities:
The LVER will play a crucial role in connecting Arizona businesses with qualified job seekers, particularly veterans. This position involves:
- Engaging with local businesses to understand their workforce requirements and assisting in matching them with suitable candidates.
- Utilizing various communication methods, including in-person meetings, virtual platforms, and phone consultations, to provide tailored employment services.
- Documenting client interactions and maintaining detailed records to identify trends and improve service delivery.
- Collaborating with business service teams to streamline efforts and maximize impact.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices and program requirements.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong understanding of recruitment and workforce development strategies.
- Awareness of the social and economic factors affecting the communities served.
