Contract Duration: 12 months +

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate product formulations to ensure adherence to local regulations, specifically for the US and Canada.
  • Assess packaging and labeling for compliance with US and Canada standards.
  • Examine claims made on products to meet US and Canada regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate product notifications in the US and Canada as necessary.
  • Oversee and review chemical regulations applicable in Canada.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for product registrations.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or chemistry-related field, with coursework or certification in Cosmetic or Drug Regulatory Affairs.
  • Experience within the drug or cosmetic sectors is essential.
  • Familiarity with US and Canada regulations regarding Cosmetics and Chemical compliance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new topics and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong capability to articulate viewpoints effectively in public settings.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
