Overview

Your Responsibilities
  • Consistently embody and communicate On's core values and brand ethos in all interactions with customers and team members.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries and developing solutions that enhance customer engagement with our products.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of product specifications and stay informed about On's global initiatives (e.g., sustainability projects, athlete narratives).
  • Provide constructive feedback to management to enhance store operations, customer interaction, and team morale.
  • Assist in upholding visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium shopping experience.
  • Support inventory management processes and facilitate product orders.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.
Your Qualifications
  • 1 - 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in the Running, Fashion, or Sports sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to learn swiftly and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to adapt as the store undergoes transitions.
  • Strong attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and visual standards.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not essential.
  • Physical requirements include frequent movement, communication, and standing for extended periods, with occasional bending and kneeling.
