The Creative Content and Design Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing and branding strategies while aiding in the creation of innovative initiatives. This position is essential for managing our marketing media studio, supervising photography and video resources, and contributing to the production of captivating multimedia content, alongside designing graphic materials for various internal product lines, trade shows, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the oversight and scheduling of the in-house marketing media studio focused on product, marketing, and personnel photography.
  • Manage project workflows and maintain an asset library for internal video content creation and post-production related to product demonstrations, internal communications, and marketing initiatives from inception to final output.
  • Design visually compelling and effective presentations and event materials for internal gatherings.
  • Support the development of trade show visual displays and associated marketing materials for multiple brands.
  • Contribute to the creative process, production, and execution of local and national marketing strategies, product marketing, and promotional activities while ensuring all messaging adheres to brand standards, consistency, voice, and tone.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on the design of product labels, point-of-sale displays, technical data sheets, printed materials, and additional assets for both existing and new product lines.
  • Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of our internal marketing portal to guarantee that content and products are current, relevant, in-stock, and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Creative and Brand Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred experience (4 years) in graphic design, photography, video production, and multimedia content development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Proficient in the complete Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with AP style best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple and overlapping projects as dictated by business needs.

Working Conditions:

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • This role may require travel for projects as determined by the Creative and Brand Manager.
