Job Title: Residential Carpenter

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality carpentry work in residential construction, with a strong focus on leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, and custom finishes.
  • Maintain quality by demonstrating advanced carpentry skills and ensuring top-notch craftsmanship throughout the project.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve carpentry-related issues that arise during construction.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters and laborers, providing guidance, training, and feedback for efficient performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship and materials, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices related to residential construction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in residential carpentry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
