Job Description: We seek a skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), LPN/LVN, or Director of Health & Wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to supervisor
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional and social support to residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
Requirements:
We require a High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Acceptable proficiency in English is necessary to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond to emergency situations.
