Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing digital strategies for NIJC's annual year-end fundraising campaign, focusing on maximizing online engagement and donations.

  • Support the management and maintenance of data in NIJC's Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content for NIJC's social media platforms, email newsletters, and website, aligning with overall communication goals.
  • Coordinate with program staff to gather, edit, and organize compelling stories from clients and volunteers, highlighting the impact of NIJC's work.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools.
  • Experience or interest in data analysis and CRM systems is a plus.
