National Accounts Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our National Accounts team at Waste Management, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional service to resolve their issues.
About the Role
In this role, you will navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving customer inquiries. You will communicate effectively and professionally with customers, handling their needs in a conversational manner. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to deliver excellent customer service and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
