Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery: Ensure that all retail construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Project Estimation: Review and estimate projects from drawings and scope documents to determine time frame, budget, onsite requirements, procedures, field staffing requirements, and alignment of resources.
  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of awarded projects, including day-to-day operational and financial aspects, such as project budget, scope, client interactions, and expectations.
  • Communication: Be the key player in the proactive management of project communications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with on-site Field Superintendents to plan and direct activities, facilitating any change management needed to ensure that all goals and objectives within the scope of work are accomplished.
  • Relationship Building: Use your exceptional relationship-building skills to influence and hold accountable all team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a remote Project Manager position involving some national travel as needed to support our jobsites and client relationships.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years project management experience and 5 years experience in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Superb organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional critical thinking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Qualities: Customer-focused, problem-solver, solution-oriented, personal effectiveness with integrity and accountability.
