Key Responsibilities:- Engage with community leaders, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners to cultivate and sustain referral partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Admissions department to achieve both immediate and long-term census objectives.
- Develop, oversee, and evaluate new business growth strategies.
- Maintain communication with SNF Administrators to stay informed about policies impacting Admissions and financial operations.
- Demonstrated marketing experience within Skilled Nursing Facilities is essential.
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid insurance frameworks.
- Understanding of Healthcare and Hospital systems, particularly within the relevant regional context.
