POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and client-oriented Laser Specialist to administer safe and effective tattoo removal treatments within our studios. This role will involve close collaboration with a Regional Manager and an in-studio Sales Consultant to ensure a comprehensive client experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team environment, valuing reliability and punctuality while maintaining a positive rapport with clients.

As a key member of our studio team, you will serve as the in-clinic expert, responsible for delivering laser treatments, educating clients about the tattoo removal process, and managing essential administrative tasks. Our specialists have the unique opportunity to significantly impact clients' lives as they navigate their tattoo removal journeys.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to Removery protocols to deliver safe and effective laser treatments.
  • Maintain client records, images, and information in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations regarding treatment indications and contraindications.
  • Prepare daily to enhance client experience and treatment outcomes.
  • Document follow-ups and treatment endpoints accurately.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate realistic expectations regarding tattoo removal results.
  • Exhibit self-accountability in fostering a positive studio culture.
  • Collaborate with the studio team to meet performance indicators.
  • Identify upselling opportunities during client interactions.
  • Complete required training and development programs.
  • Assist with studio upkeep, including light cleaning duties.
  • Represent the Removery brand and its mission effectively.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain current licensing credentials (if applicable).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possession of a Master Aesthetician License or Laser Certification is required.
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to designated locations.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to meet employment eligibility criteria.
  • Experience with Zenoti or similar POS/CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Capacity to sit for extended periods and lift weights of 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and treating the human body.
  • Strong wrist dexterity and strength to operate laser equipment effectively.
