Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
  • Sales and Upselling: Meet or exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service, making product recommendations, and upselling products to customers.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and provide support to other team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
  • Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
