- Sales Floor Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the sales floor is free of clutter.
- Sales and Upselling: Meet or exceed sales goals by providing excellent customer service, making product recommendations, and upselling products to customers.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and provide support to other team members as needed.
- Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively.
- Math Proficiency: Basic math skills required, including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Physical Ability: Capable of frequently lifting 10 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be subject to a criminal history background check.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $11.25. Additionally, we offer paid time off, a 401(k) program with a 6% match, and weekly paychecks.
