Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hardscape Foreman to elevate our hardscaping projects. In this pivotal role, you will manage various outdoor construction tasks, overseeing the process from initial design to final execution, ensuring that our high standards of quality are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Hardscape Foreman, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring the hardscape crew, ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Executing a variety of hardscaping tasks, including the installation of patios, outdoor kitchens, and retaining walls with precision.
  • Operating machinery safely, particularly skid steers, to enhance project efficiency.
  • Applying carpentry skills to ensure accuracy in all construction projects.
  • Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and deliver outstanding results.
  • Upholding safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assisting with additional services such as seasonal cleanups and snow removal as required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing hardscaping projects from start to finish.
  • Hands-on experience with hardscaping and machinery operation, especially skid steers.
  • Carpentry skills with a solid background in construction projects.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.

Work Schedule:
Work hours may vary with the seasons, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and concluding around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position is offered as a 1099 contract role, with the potential for transition to W2 employment based on company policies. The salary range for this role is $20-$24 per hour, with opportunities for annual bonuses and paid time off based on tenure.
