Job Summary

As a key member of the Adams Outdoor team, you will be responsible for installing posters and bulletins, as well as performing maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are in excellent condition. Additionally, you will work on digital assets as required.

Essential Functions of the Position
  • Must be able to climb ladders to heights of up to 125 feet multiple times daily without restrictions.
  • Ability to work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet in height for up to 70% of the workday.
  • Lift weights up to 100 lbs. without restrictions or limitations through safe lifting practices.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an oxygen/acetylene torch.
  • Working knowledge of or ability to learn the proper use of an AC/DC welder.
  • Must be able to safely operate or have the ability to learn to operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc.
  • Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
  • Utilize all safety-related equipment as mandated by Adams Outdoor operating procedures.
  • Basic mathematics skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Full range of motion to install and maintain posters and bulletin signage.
  • Meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 pounds due to manufacturer requirements on safety-related equipment used in elevated work environments.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions when necessary.
  • Ability to tolerate the risk of exposure associated with an outdoor environment.
  • Comply and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines without exception.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal personnel at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Prioritize and execute tasks and assignments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
