About the Role

This position involves working closely with our sales team to establish customer relationships, provide accurate information, and promote insurance products that meet their unique needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and promote cross-selling initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred, but not required.
  • An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk.
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
  • Bilingual - Spanish required.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain). Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
