Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Team Outsider. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our campgrounds nationwide.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of campground buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
  • Perform basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs, as well as painting, staining, power washing, and other maintenance tasks.
  • Implement daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance programs to ensure our properties remain in excellent condition.
  • Ensure guest and team member safety at all times.
  • Comply with company, federal, state, and local safety programs and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with landscaping and safe operation of landscaping equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing equipment and installation.
Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, 25 pounds occasionally, and 10 pounds frequently.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Long periods of standing.
  • Bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as needed.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
