Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Service:
  1. Foster lasting relationships with customers through engaging store experiences.
  2. Advise customers on products, fit, and fashion trends to enhance their shopping experience.
  3. Organize customer contacts to deepen relationships and drive sales.
  4. Participate in community events to promote the Brand.
  5. Track customer engagement using a 'Monthly Playbook'.
  6. Supervise the sales floor effectively during management absences.
Business Acumen:
  1. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and business drivers.
  2. Balance customer needs with operational tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
Operations:
  1. Support store operations as needed.
  2. Perform opening and closing duties.
  3. Prioritize tasks to meet customer and business needs.
  4. Maintain a safe work environment and protect company assets.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on location and experience), with flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
