Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current RN license in the State of Texas
- At least one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience in an acute care setting
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Certifications according to unit-specific needs, such as ACLS
